Hi, I’m Lisa. I'm a User Experience Lead at Veeam Software with a background in user experience, project management, and web marketing. My work lives at the intersection of business strategy and user-centered design — where better experiences lead to strong financial results.
I’ve been helping enterprises with digital transformation since 2018, when I led the implementation of company-wide electronic billing at Leroy Merlin. Since then, I’ve helped both small businesses and organizations with several billion in ARR to design, launch, and optimize websites and web marketing strategies.
At Veeam, where I currently work as a UX Lead, I’ve contributed to the UX strategy and research of key web experiences for flagship offerings like Veeam Data Cloud, Veeam Data Platform, and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
Now in my sixth year as a New Yorker, I’ve also lived in Moscow and Paris. Whether professionally or personally, my passion lies in creating and designing. Outside of work, I enjoy building pottery by hand, finding flow through vinyasa yoga, or doing pilates.
